Not so long ago we (Joanna and Sharon) pondered the idea of adventure. One 'google' later we found ourselves signed up to more than just a holiday... We're entering the Rickshaw Run.

It's a road trip from Kathmandu in Nepal to South India starting on 1st June 2008. Driving 4,000 kms across mountains, jungle and open roads, all in the middle of the monsoon. There will be no support... It's just two girls, a pink rickshaw and a couple of spanners.

Every penny we raise will go directly to 2 charities, Mercy Corps and FRANK Water.

In case you were thinking that all had gone very quiet on the Loony Lassi front, you can read indepth what we have been up to on Joanna's blog.
